I tried to order about 8 pair of nike slides /slippers and when I placed the order I chatted with someone and the conversation was great at the first but they gave me an invoice and I tried to make the order but it did not take my payment and wanted me to make a payment with another card and at this point I felt like I was being scammed and I decided to go with AMAZON thank you.

I placed an order on August 26th and it is currently September 19th as I am writing this. I have not received any items from them and they have not refunded my money. Unprofessional and a waste of time and money.

I received used shoes. They had mud on the bottom and signs of wear inside.
Response from Tops and BottomsMay 4, 2023
Dear Matthew K, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are deeply sorry to hear that you received used shoes with signs of wear and mud on the bottom. This is not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have when shopping with us. Upon investigation, we found that a display piece was mistakenly sent to you instead of a new pair of shoes. We take full responsibility for this mistake, and we have taken strict actions to ensure that it doesn't happen again. We have sent you a free return label and are waiting for your response. We would be happy to send you a fresh pair of shoes once we receive the returned item. We understand that this experience may have caused you inconvenience and frustration, and we apologize for that. At Tops and Bottoms USA, we strive to provide excellent customer service and high-quality products, and we regret that we fell short in your case. If there's anything else we can do to make this right, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Tops And Bottoms USA

I won a raffle for the right to purchase a pair of Nike Air Max 1 OGs. I paid the invoice, then a day later was told they ran out of my size, but they have the same pair in a different size available if interested. I was, so they asked me to pay a second invoice and assured me they would return the funds for the first pair. Twelve days later, I still await my refund and the shoes. Whenever I ask for a tracking number and refund, they assure me they will get that information and never do. Deal with them at your peril. Their assurance means nothing. I know I will never do business with them again.

Won’t get his gift for Christmas I don’t even want the Nike tech no more if they send it a month from now I’ll send it back I’m trying to cancel my order but I can’t they are scammers they just want your money they don’t care when the merchandise will reach you and that’s sad I’m going to spread the word to family and friends about this place as well as post this on my Facebook!!! I’m done !!!

Dear Nisha, we apologize for the inconvenience you faced earlier. Tops & Bottoms always cares for its customers, and we strive to deliver a better shopping experience. As your order was placed on December 22, 2022, in the peak hour of the month due to Christmas, the shipment got delayed. We rely on third-party courier providers, such as FedEx and UPS, to get orders delivered on time. Therefore, it wasn’t in our hands to fulfill your request on an urgent basis. However, we took action against your request and streamlined the managing process to make sure other customers can get their orders as soon as possible. We really appreciate your feedback and strive to make things better for all of our customers. Thank you.

Ordered sneakers on Nov 28. Supposedly shipped on Dec 6. Weeks later started inquiring about delivery as tracking number just kept saying "shipping label created". After several emails on a daily basis they Finally replied saying they "tried" to reach me but couldn't and that the sneakers were "lost" in the mail. Wanted to know if I wanted a bigger size as the size I ordered they no longer had. Asked for a full refund and will never order from them again.
