Tops and BottomsReviews of topsandbottomsusa.com

This company stole my money that I earned and money I had to use to put in...... not much but still and the trainer called me stupid and than she took my money. There isn't a number or anyone to call. I tried customers service and no answer, soon she fired me, she took my money and closed the account. Mind you, this is my account that I registered with my password. How did she take my money? How did she get in..m its a scam people. No easy money is real money. Nothing is free.

This is a robot supposedly and it is asking me to put my own money into a Cashapp account to keep the job...what the F! I hope they get busted soon. What a waste of time.

I don't know whether to trust this company or not. I had a person come to me telling me that there was a part-time at home available but then went right into asking me about business venture. She wouldn't answer my simple questions. I was asking if she was asking me to invest into a business or if this was an at home Gig. She wouldn't answer. I finally ask her what the Company name was and she answered TOPSANDBOTTOMS. But then she got very rude to me. That i. s when I stopped the conversation. I told her if she didn't want to answer a few simple questions and quit answering my questions with questions then I didn't want to deal with her. So she said bye. So are there at home, part-time available, are you looking for people to sell for you? I am confused.

Bought a pair of pants from them that didn't fit right. Mailed them back, and they wouldn't refund me without a tracking number, which I didn't have. Shady company, all around.

These guys are straight up crooks. My son bought shoes from them and returned Still no refund. They are trying to take advantage of him because he"s a kid. BEWARE. Straight up CROOKS. Like other reviewers we sent in shoes and were told that funds would be processed that day. Have been told the same two other times. Today they pull the "it doesn't qualify for refund" after having the returned item for more 9 days. Like others we have called numerous times and got no answer. Full mailboxes and new excuses every time.

I was informed that I am unable to return sale items (exchange only). Not only can I not return but I also have to pay shipping to send back if I choose to exchange. This policy seems inconsistent with other retailers. I also received an email from someone claiming to be the owner and it asked for a reply if I had questions. I replied asking for the name of the owner as it was not specified in the email and did not receive a response. All of these things make me very leery of this company and would not order from them again.

I always check the reviews before I order something I saw good reviews of this so I tried my luck not happy my order got cancelled without me knowing 😔

Horrible Horrible Service 😡 Reached out to this company twice in regards to my order. It took almost two weeks for them to let me know my order was defective and due to it being the only size would I like a different style. Do NOT waste your time! Shop from somewhere that's more reliable, reputable, and that can actually fulfill your order.
