I paid for nothing
I paid for a Diablo IV Lord of Hatred DLC. I paid on June 8th, and as of June 15th, still nothing. I accepted the Battlenet friendship on June 9th, but after days, still nothing. At this point, I'm wondering: is it a scam? I've sent numerous emails to seek clarification, but I'm still waiting for a response to many. Update: It's Tuesday, June 16th, and since topplayer's response to the review, where you said I'd get the DLC within an hour, nothing has arrived yet. And it's been 8 hours. Let's see how much longer I have to wait...

I want to assure you right away: this is absolutely not a scam, your money is safe, and your Diablo IV DLC is being delivered as we speak. We completely understand why our silence made you suspect the worst. We failed terribly at answering your emails while we were trying to fix a severe overload in our delivery queue.
