Overall very good experience. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was taking longer than expected to receive my order seeing as how I only live 100 miles from the store. I called and discovered that the gloves weren't in stock and they were transferring my order from a different warehouse. I would have liked to know that up front when I ordered. Other than that good selection, good prices and good customer service.

My bike arrived quickly, however it was damaged with a flat tube. Brian worked with me quickly and reimbursed me for a replacement. Thanks Topos Outdoor.
