Top Music Marketing Agency® "TMMA"Reviews of topmusicmarketingagency.com

Response from Top Music Marketing Agency® "TMMA"May 7, 2025

Dear Gideon, We're genuinely disappointed by this review, especially considering that you have purchased multiple promotions from us in the past — over five in total — without issue. It’s unfortunate that after benefiting from our services repeatedly, you have chosen to misrepresent the situation. During our most recent interaction, you became increasingly aggressive, disrespectful, and uncooperative. Despite our team's repeated attempts to communicate professionally and resolve your concerns, you consistently interrupted conversations, talked over your dedicated campaign manager, and resorted to personal insults and verbal harassment. Regrettably, you even made inappropriate and racially charged comments toward a member of our team, which we do not tolerate under any circumstances. Our team remained respectful and patient throughout, but when a client refuses to engage in a constructive dialogue and chooses instead to behave in a hostile and abusive manner, it becomes impossible to provide effective support. It is also worth noting that we have fulfilled all the agreed-upon deliverables for your promotions, just as we have done for countless satisfied clients. We strongly believe this review is a retaliatory attempt to undermine our reputation unjustly. We always stand by our work and our commitment to ethical business practices. While we are open to honest feedback, we will not be intimidated or defamed by false accusations. We urge others to look at our long-standing track record of positive reviews and successful partnerships. Best, Jeffrey S. TMMA Campaign Manager

Hi Damian Lozano, Thank you for your honest feedback—we really appreciate you giving our service a try and taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you recognize that the plays are organic and real, as that's one of our core values. We want to offer a bit more insight into how our process works. Every track we receive is listened to and evaluated by real people—not bots or algorithms. We take the quality, genre fit, and overall appeal of the music into account when considering placements. Our stream estimates are based on previous campaign performance, but they are just that—estimates. They can vary depending on how well a particular track resonates with curators and listeners. If a track doesn’t hit the estimated numbers, we don’t just walk away—we ALWAYS extend placements to help meet the goal, at no extra cost to you. That’s our way of standing behind the campaign and giving your music a fair chance to connect with the right audience. That said, if a song simply doesn’t click with listeners, there is a limit to how much exposure we can push without compromising the integrity of our platform. We always strive to strike a balance between supporting artists and maintaining a high-quality listener experience. If you’re ever curious about how your track was received or want more detailed feedback, feel free to reach out—we’re always here to help. Thanks again for your support, and we wish you all the best with your music! Warm regards, Isaac TMMA Campaign Manager
