Disappointing how much has changed with this service. Used to be a smooth interaction. This time I had little to no plays when starting the campaign. A rep reached out after I left a review. They said they would work on the campaign that basically provided almost nothing after the first 6 weeks. They moved me to a couple playlists that also underperformed. I had to reach out again to prod them. They then placed me on something marginally better but still well below the advertised traction. Lasted only a couple more weeks before back to nothing. I would not recommend in the future and this comes from someone who used the services 6 or 7 times prior. Not sure if they changed ownership or just got lazy but definitely not the same service it used to be. update based on feedback 6/29: This response is telling when the website literally advertises ranges and claims campaigns don’t stop until goals are reached. Blaming the customer, especially one that originally tried to be reasonable and removed the initial review to give you guys time to resolve the issues, is not great customer service. Update 7/9: And now after a dozen messages back and forth this company and its campaign manager decide to call the review fake. As if there isn’t a giant correspondence trail with the Campaign Manager.
Response from Top Music Marketing Agency® "TMMA"Jun 29, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that this campaign didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that our service is not pay-for-streams or payola. We do not sell guaranteed streams or placements that artificially inflate performance. Instead, we promote music to real playlist curators, and results depend on how listeners respond to each track. As with any form of legitimate music promotion, not every song will perform the same way. Some tracks naturally resonate more strongly with audiences than others, even when they receive similar promotional opportunities. While we always do our best to optimize campaigns and make adjustments where possible, we can't guarantee a specific number of streams or ongoing traction.
