Complete nightmare. I tried to cancel after reading the reviews of them changing the price on moving day and they assured me as long as I was thorough with the information i provide it wouldn’t change. What do you know, it doubled on moving day. They know you’re stuck so they don’t care. Then items were stored for 30 days, per our request and contract. When they were delivered several boxes were absolutely smashed and thousands of dollars of damaged objects. We filed a claim with CSI per the instruction and, shocker, the claim was closed out and unpaid due to lack of response from the mover. Do yourself a favor and avoid a major headache. DO NOT use this company. The low low quote is absolutely too good to be true.

Frontier Moving Solutions is a front for a scam shell company. One of their websites is TopMovingSolutions. They say they are in Gallatin Tennessee but the address they gave 210 grassy glen drive gallatin tn is not a business. When you call them, you get a different person most times. The sales dept will hang up on you or put you in an AI loop with "AVA the Ai assistant". Nick is sales will say anything to get you to sign the estimate but then the bill of lading comes along and you are stuck - they picked up your stuff already, put it somewhere they will not tell you, will not give it back even though you have already paid 60% of the fee ($3000 so far). Ellie at 888-336-0797 won't give out any info about who is in charge and can make decisions. At first she said she was at 7443 South Memphis St Aurora CO 80016. Then she said she was not there and wouldn't say where she is. Milena at 719-325-9669 is in customer service and just repeats the same thing over and over. She said she is in Tenn. Marina at 720-687-8061 appears to be in Colorado and says she works for All Seasons Logistics but cannot give me any contact info for them. Every call is a different person, a different story. First of all their communication after the sales terrible. They quoted me a low price and since it was about $3000 less than the next lowest bid I went with them. I had to have a cashiers check made out to the company. When a different mover showed up and wouldn’t accept it, that caused a huge problem They didn’t even have a full-size truck and are now charging me for a second trip because they said I only rented that amount of space My low quote has almost tripled Communication has been terrible. I don’t have a single point of contact, I have multiple people who have been trying to talk to me. The movers themselves work very hard but God only knows what company they even work for. It has been a horrible situation I strongly recommend you try and find a more ethical moving company.

I hired Frontier Moving Solutions on November 1st, 2025. I paid $1,865.00 to the company to move one bedroom of kids furniture and clothes from Mississippi to Ohio. They hired an external company to come and pack the items and load them in the truck. Once the movers arrived I was told I needed to pay an additional 300 in cash which was not written in my original contract. After the truck arrived to Ohio, it was discovered one of the beds on the three tier bunk bed had missing parts that prevented the bed from being put together and missing wooden pieces that kept the mattress from falling through. I made a claim and was quoted $51.oo for damages on November 12th. I disputed the refund because the weight of the bed they quoted did not match the actual weight of the bed. They sent me another quote for $99.00 the following week. I had the letter notarized and mailed to them in December. It is now March 31st 2026 and I still have not recieved my payment. I emailed them February 22nd 2026 asking about my refund with no response. I emailed them again with no response. It’s now May 15 2026 and I still have yet to hear from them.

I am extremely concerned with the lack of transparency and communication regarding my upcoming move. After reviewing the pricing documents, there is an unexplained **$700 increase** that no one has been able—or willing—to justify. Additionally, during the QA process, I added **113 cubic square feet**, which was clearly quoted at **$3.50 per cubic foot**. That should amount to roughly $395.50. Instead, I was charged an additional **$1,154.83**, which is not only inconsistent with the agreed rate but significantly inflated. Even more troubling, when the cost of the added items is removed from the total, there is still an **unexplained $700 remaining** in the balance. This discrepancy has not been addressed despite multiple attempts to get clarification. I have specifically tried to resolve this directly with Leanne, who has since refused to communicate with me. No one else at the company is answering calls or providing any meaningful response. This level of avoidance is unacceptable, especially given the urgency of the situation. To make matters worse, my move is scheduled for next week, yet I am being told to simply wait for the movers to “adjust” the pricing upon arrival. That is not a reasonable or professional solution when there are clear and documented billing inconsistencies ahead of time. At this point, I do not feel confident proceeding without a full, itemized breakdown of all charges and a clear explanation of the discrepancies. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and deeply concerning. I strongly urge the company to address these issues immediately before moving forward.

Horrible company! Lied from start to finish. Quote was not honored, ended up paying double at the last minute and it had to be cash...wtf?! Supposed to deliver the next day but showed up 2 weeks later. No customer service. Called every day. A bunch of stuff arrived broken and weeks later they haven't paid a dime or called me back.

If any of your items are missing, even when one of their movers sends you a PHOTO of the items in their custody, they will do NOTHING to help you get them back. They change the pricing as you get close to the event and are over a barrel, and when the movers showed up, they reeked of pot smoke and were moving furniture in house slippers -- which means they were cheap day labor and being exploited just as much as the customer. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY (and beware because they have many variations of this name in many locations)

Don't use this broker company. I cancelled with them in Feb. Have not received my refund. Did everything they said to do on there website. Get no where with them call call no answer. They just take your money then abandon you.
