Insurance was canceled because the modular doesn't have skirting yet. It was removed while I build a wrap around deck. No contact from Topline since. Read these canned 5 star reviews and decide for yourself if they seem legit. "My agent, xxx" over and over. Or "we will review" but no one has come back to edit their poor ratings.

Don’t use them. They are a scam. They will write a policy with all correct documentation. Then bill you directly after your house purchase. They tried to cancel us for over 600$. Never notified the bank only billed us. Good thing the bank had escrow to pay from. They are terrible.

People's Trust Insurance is not renewing my policy because of "claims". I have been with them for 7 years and called in 3 times: Irma in 2017 because a few shingles came off my roof; I had it fixed.. 2nd-time the same thing. The 3rd time I thought my roof was leaking in the garage but the water had come in through the door of the garage during extremely heavy rain. They told me it was not covered and the man suggested getting a new door and possibly fixing the bottom part of the doorway. Because it was listed under "water" I am not renewed? They told me if there is "1" listing under water any insurance company can decide to "Not renew" your insurance. Topline said they'd find another company for me. I was paying 1788.00 a year; Topline found someone for 8800.00 a year. Wow, Thanks Topline when I win Powerball I'll sign right up.

I filed a claim on october 5th spoke to several people no help at all. Cant seem to have anyone help me with my claim

Simply dreadful. Tried to get a quote from Topline. I answered their questions - but nothing. Been waiting over a month for a quote - have tried calling and emailing , but nothing. Obviously do not want my business. Pity they do not have the good manners, or professionalism to say so. Have to wonder if they are like this to get a quote , how bad would they be in an event of a claim?
