New EU version of Toplash - Painful and useless
I have been a loyal customer of Toplash for a long time, and their previous formula worked wonders for my lashes with absolutely zero side effects. However, the new formula launched for the EU market is a complete disaster. Since switching to the new version, I have experienced unbearable burning and painful irritation immediately after application. Even when trying to push through the pain, the results are absolutely non-existent. It does not grow or thicken lashes at all compared to the old version, which actually worked and was much more affordable. Furthermore, I have tried contacting Toplash EU customer support twice to report this issue and give honest feedback about the product's safety, but my emails were completely ignored. It is deeply disappointing that a brand would replace an effective product with a formula that causes severe painful reactions and then fail to provide any customer support. If you have sensitive eyes, stay away from the new EU version.
