Nick is an absolute pleasure to work with! Unlike others that just ask the questions and take notes, he took the time to research the positions that I was looking for to make sure that I was fully prepared for the specific questions that I could expect. The Top Interviewer at TopInterview!

My contract ended early and we worked together a second time and I acquired a full time role with a great company. Nick was very helpful and professional.

Nick will enhance your career with six figures. Though I have a doctorate, masters in business administration, bachelors, and numerous certifications, I could not seem to communicate my qualifications. That's where Nick came in. He not only coached me; he even setup emergency meetings for a number of my interviews. He constructively critiqued flaws in my interview style and gave me the courage I needed to interview and get the job. My salary shot up from 4 figures to 6 figures with Nick. If you are an executive, mid-level, or even a beginner, Nick at TopInterview is the person you should entrust with your future. I cannot recommend him enough, and I have so much more to learn from him.

Nick was awesome! The advice he provided was a key element in me succeeding in my job search. I highly recommend Nick.

I waited on writing this recommendation as I wanted to include news of my job offer as evidence of Nick D's effective coaching. I worked with Nick D on honing my interview skills, which helped tremendously during the real interviews. Nick is a fountain of knowledge and sharp as a whip. He came to our sessions well-prepared and focused, and always concluded with useful resources for me to study and utilize. We focused primarily on behavioral questions; Nick helped me see how some of my answers were eliciting the wrong impression and we strategized on better ways to approach each question. Our practice sessions were recorded so I could go back and view my mistakes and see myself from the perspective of the interviewers. All in all, it was a lot of work, but very much worth the time and effort. I gained very good interview and communication skills that I will use for a long time. I highly recommend Nick D and thank him for his thorough insights and dedication to helping me improve.
