TopInterviewReviews of topinterview.com

I found the service, turnaround, and my interactions to be top notch!!! I would have preferred 2 mock interviews however, then you can more accurately gauge any progress as you have something to compare things to. That is the only thing I would change. Overall though, I don't know why others are not making use of TopInterview, & TopCV-they are missing out!!! Overall, I highly recommend the service, as my achievements have been clarified and I now know how to present myself to future employers. I didn't know how before. Thank you TopInterview, & TopCV!!!!

I found very helpful the recommendations and advice I received from the Top Resume consultant. She was very knowledgeable and personable.

Wonderful company, extremely professional and timely. Highly recommended

Kayla gave me powerful insights on how to proceed with an amazing interview. I'm looking forward to a follow-up session!

I expected more organization. I paid for a two day resume turn around. I filled out all questionaires in the requested time. however, I was not paired with a write on time. I was met with excuses as to why the service I paid extra for was not met. I was also not initially offered a refund or extra services as compensation for this error. I have not seen the results the service boasts about. I have not been offered my money back either as is their guarantee. The interview prep was helpful but impersonal. Overall, I believe the service has the right idea but needs to make several adjustments to customers of a Covid world.

I found these video practice interviews to be very helpful for improving my confidence and learning what interviewers expect to hear.

The staff at Top Interview and Resume was very helpful. I enjoyed the experience.

By reading the reviews, it looked like a promising investment. I bought the intermediate package 3 days ago and so far I have not been contacted by anyone, despite the fact the they mention that I would be contacted within the next business day. I started receiving promotional emails instead, and offers to have my resume written for $35 in the next 24 hours. I sent a message to their customer service, asking about the process, to which they replied saying that I had not sent my resume, but I was never asked to send a resume in the first place. The email came from "topresume.com", then I asked again for more information on the process and it's been 2 days without any reply. I tried to called them and waited for 13 minutes listening to an automatic message saying that they have a "high volume of calls" and it could take long until someone could pick up my call. All VERY disappointing. Now I'm trying to get my money back, and there is no response either. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.
