I bought the Bella Coffee sunglasses the most recently. I've never really had issues with this company and I love their sunglasses. However, this order I NEVER received. My problem is with the economy shipping company they use. This is now the 2nd order that they have said was delivered, and it WAS NOT. Little to no clarifying detail was provided with the tracking information. I contacted Custome Support, and they said they'd look into it, but I was ultimately told to "just wait and see." I'm not satisfied with that answer. I and wholly displeased with this shipping company, and I want the product I paid for replaced and shipped via REPUTATBLE shipping company NOW.

I bought the popular TicTok sunglasses and I absolutely hate them. They feel cheap. I tried to return them, but since I had a discount more than 20%, they refuse to refund my money. They expect me to pay for the return shipping and will only offer store credit. I do not like any of their sunglasses. Store credit will do me no good. If you are looking for a good pair of "adult" sunglasses, do not buy. I would recommend quay sunglasses. Those are excellent quality and offer buy one get one free.

I have had a horrible experience all the way around. I ordered my glasses on September 14. Five minutes later an ad popped up for 50% off so I asked if I could get that discount honored. I was contacted back the next day stating that they could not because they were already shipped out. It is now the 26th of September, and they have still not even left their warehouse. I have contacted customer support multiple times. I got one person to answer me back and they seemed that they were going to be helpful, but haven’t heard anything back since. Then I just received a link to this website to ask how I was enjoying my sunglasses when they’re not even here yet.

Less than that. I got a text asking how I feel about my purchase but I have yet to receive my glasses. Been two weeks and no update just on confirmed status. Send me my glasses or a refund please and thx.

I replace my glasses on warranty and ordered a new pair at 1/2 offer. I only received one pair of glasses I.n the box. Not happy

I would have previously provided a great review HOWEVER, it's not ending that way. One of the pairs I bought from them lost the hardware that holds on the lens. I thought I could just get the part but they said the glasses could be replaced under warranty. I paid a small fee for this, made my selection (since what I was trying to replace was not in stock). I have sent 4 emails asking on status of my replacement and CANNOT EVEN COUNT the number of times I have called them, they have totally ghosted me. I am utterly disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company again. EDIT: I tried calling again multiple times and could NEVER get a CS rep. I asked a friend to call from her phone and low and behold, they answered RIGHT AWAY. I am certain they were blocking my calls because of caller id. I have asked that someone from mgmt call me, we shall see.

Well, its been over a week and I still haven't received mine yet..Hopefully customer service is working on it, they have been in contact so I will update as soon as I can.

I really wanted to like the Bella Sunglasses. Everyone on social media raves about them so I thought I would give them a try. They are tight. They are supposed to be tangle free but they are so tight it hurts to even slide them up top of my head. I requested a return and selected the pay my own shipping label. They replied 24 hours later and told me they were sorry and said once was I paid the invoice they will send me another email to download the shipping label. $8 is steap for that tiny box and I'm already annoyed they did not listen that I was going to pay my own shipping label because I know I can ship them for less so I just paid the $8 and got it over with. We'll 72 hours after that invoice is paid and I still do not have the return shipping label mailed to me. At this point I think they are trying to hold out so it reaches 30 days and I can't return them.
