The product took many weeks
The product took weeks to arrive. They tried to charge for products I did not order. There is minimal service if you are lucky. This is only my second negative review ever. Stay clear.

Vorfsicht Betrug
1. Ich habe eine Reinigungsdüse bestellt und es wurden 3 berechnet und über meine Kreditkarte abgerechnet. 2. Eine Lieferung erfolgte nicht. Eine Rechnung wurde auch nicht vorgelegt. 3. Auf E-Mails wurde nicht geantwortet, bzw. kamen als nicht zustellbar zurück. Das ist Betrug. B. Kusian

BETRUG UND ABZOCKE
Achtung. FAKESHOP. Ich kann die Raumkühler trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung ein Rücksendeticket zu senden nicht zurückschicken. Die AirCooler sind winzig und bringen fast gar nichts. NIEMALS dort bestellen.

Poor quality items
Poor quality items, not as described or fit for purpose. Seemingly responsive customer service but no refund when it came to it as poor follow up. I would not waste my time and money on this site again. A complete scam **the ‘reply’ sent was also disingenuous as I have been in frequent communication with their team who refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY THESE ITEMS.

Ordered two air coolers
Ordered two air coolers. Really cheaply made and flimsy. No mention was made of them having to plug into a usb socket. Plus they are not very effective air coolers anyway. Very disappointed!

Likely Con on AirCon
Having placed an order for an AirCon device following a very convincing ad on YouTube, there was no follow-up acknowledgment of any kind. Fortunately for me my credit card company was suspicious and blocked the payment (and also my credit card). This company really warrants investigation by the authorities for possible fraud. The sum charged to my card was £26.88 more than I was expecting - I only found this out when I checked my card's pending transactions. The other recent reviews seem to bear this out.

I placed an order for 2 air coolers
I placed an order for 2 air coolers. They put the order on 3 times & sent me 6 coolers. They also charged me for extended warranties which i had not ordered. I informed them straight away. They told me that the order could not be cancelled. I would have to return them. 4 were delivered. Absolutely crap & cheap. The water leaked. I ended up returning the 4 at my own cost. I must of contacted this company at least 20 times. I ended up reporting them to my credit card & paypal & they refunded me. This has taken me around 6 weeks & had been very frustrating & stressful. They are not to be trusted the items sold are poor quality & not as described Poor customer service
