The jet hose fitting is useless no better than a standard plastic $5 hose attachment. Was a total have and flagrant misinformation for a fitting advertised at$165.

I purchased two air cooling units and extended warranty for both items, both units were faulty and when I tried to return or enquire re warranty I was giving different excuses and eventually was offered and accepted a 45% Refund and told I can keep the faulty units. Each time I contacted support services I got a reply from different named person. Lesson learned here to do my homework before buying from outlets such as this one.
