SCAMMERS Lie in ads Fake unlinked reviews on their site Edit. Notice how they do not deny having fake reviews. Why not have transparent reviews? Because then everyone would know how bad they are! EDIT 2. I did contact support again and after 48 hours no reply! Why ask e to contact you IF you do not reply! It only proves my review correct! Edit 3. Support never replied to my email about the fake ads. So asking me to contact support was another LIE! edit 4. Their response does not mention the fake reviews. Clearly they know these are lies!

Avoid This Company – Serious Concerns Regarding Customer Service, Communication, Product Representation, and Business Practices. This is a continuation from my previous post. From the moment payment was taken, I encountered repeated difficulties obtaining information, receiving responses to legitimate enquiries, and accessing effective customer support. The absence of meaningful engagement when concerns were raised has left me with serious doubts regarding the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, transparency, and professional business conduct. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. The stress, frustration, wasted time, and uncertainty associated with this transaction were entirely avoidable and should not be something consumers are expected to endure when making what should be a straightforward purchase. There are many reputable businesses that communicate effectively, honour their obligations to customers, and provide products that accurately reflect their advertising. Regrettably, my experience with this company fell well below those standards. My advice to prospective customers is simple: exercise extreme caution before placing an order. If you choose to purchase from this company, ensure that you use a payment method that provides robust consumer protection and retain copies of all communications and transaction records. Should any issues arise, you may need them.
