False advertisement
Not happy. False advertising as far as I am concerned. Ordered some festool tools because they promised they would ship same day. They did NOT! And when I try to track through their email it makes me download the “route” app which wanted access to my email password. Any company that says one thing and does another should not exist. Don’t use this company. They lied to me and didn’t do as they promised! In addition their customer care seems nonexistent.

Terrible service
Terrible service, ordered a petrol grass trimmer over 2 weeks ago and all they’re saying is ‘they’re waiting for husqvarna to send it’. Honestly do yourself a favour and use another company even if you have to pay a little more for postage. If you’re a professional or tradesman like myself be prepared to not have the equipment/machinery anytime soon if you use this site.

Excellent service
I ordered a new ride-on mower online. Everything was handled very efficiently and deadlines for delivery were kept to. Communication throughout was excellent.

Buyer's Frustration leads to Unfair Reviews
I'll be honest, I have been a customer of ToolsToday.com for many years and have never had an issue with this company. I see a lot of people bashing this company when there are so many amazing things going for it. Firstly, if you call their phone number, most times within the first ring a real human picks up! Awesome. Also, if I've had a question about my order, I'd call ahead of time and talk to someone to make sure I'm informed before I buy instead of not and then blaming the company because I didn't want to read. That's how A LOT of these reviews turn out and even better, they never tell the full story. This review is for the people who are trying to get an honest interpretation of the company in 2025 instead of all these "Negative Nancy's" leaving unfair, biased, half-the-story reviews.
