Call and ordered items to make sure inventory was in. Rep stated 8 were in inventory and I needed only two. This was a Tuesday. As of Friday morning, no tracking number. When I checked order status online, now order is backordered. Called in to verify and yes, they say order is on back order status. Card was charged without shipping my order. Cancelled order and cancel all future orders with this company, toolsid.com and now also carid.com. Very dishonest company for such great reviews...must have employees reviewing all these sites.

Easily found what I was looking for at a good price. Very positive online experience.

Terrible site, terrible service, absurd shipping costs. This site is only here to take advantage of stupid consumers. Better off ordering off Amazon so you are protected.
