First package from UK to Pittsburgh USA ended up in Puerto Rico. 2nd package says addressee moved with no forwarding address when in fact she hasnt and was watching from veranda when post man apparently tried to deliver package but managed to deliver rest of her mail that day. 2nd package apparently now on way back to UK. Useless company..

USPS only delivers junk mails on time now. I have an international express mail, received a sticker on my door three days ago, I filled out the form and put it in my mail box as instructed for them to drop the mail at my door. The sticker is still in my mail box, no sign of the express latter two days later. the post office is 40 min drive away. If you need express mail, send only in slow mode, you will get it faster.

You got one job dudes. Find the number in the package and place at the house or mailbox with the same number on it. Why does my neighbor have to shuttle my mail to me the after the fact? Do better. Stop doing what you’re doing now.

They're raising rates, yet again. They raise post office box rates every 6 months. That's the only way we get our mail. It arrives ripped open 2 out of 3 letters the past year, they blame machines. No choice but to pay these rates & receive ripped mail! Privatize postal system. Govt can't handle it.

I encountered problems, but they were all caused by the US Postal Service taking 2 weeks (, i.e., 10 Business Days) to deliver a 1st Class envelope from Texas TRS in Austin, TX, to US Global Mail in Houston, TX. According to the US Postal Service, all 1st Class Mail is supposed to be delivered within the USA within only 1 to 5 Business Days. Richard A. Landkamer

The package was delayed by two weeks and the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. The tracking system was also unreliable and it was hard to get updates on the package.

Worst service to shipped with and they need to close the business of usps down they don’t know how to get package when they arrive in a state on time
