Bizarre tracking message from you Latest Update We attempted to deliver your item in UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND at 11:59 am on October 14, 2026. Candidly, no you, or your agent did not attempt delivery as stated. This is the beauty of a video doorbell (apart from the fact I was in all day). Nobody was at my door at 11.59 i was sitting right next to it at that time working and the video evidences that nobody was near my door at the time stated. I guess you and I have both been let down. Can you please investigate?

My package that was supposed to be delivered today has now been delayed and hopefully will be delivered tomorrow, but that isnt guaranteed either. So I asked the post office about holding it, do so I can pick it up myself. I was told I would have to file for a Package Intercept" and that their MIGHT be a "SMALL" charge. So I went online and tried to file it but when I got to the section where I had to make the "SMALL" payment, I couldn't beleive my eyes $20!!!!!!!! Are you out of your minds!!!!!! Its bad enough that I had my package delayed because of you, and no the storm did not affect my delivery. Thats a SLAP to my face!!!! I dont consider being charged $20 for having to pick up my package a "Small" fee!

Paid for 2-3 day priority shipping and it was 8 days before it was delivered and the usps does not do refunds. From now on I will ship with UPS or FedEx.

USPS has a hard time keeping employees and they are short mail carriers. Why? Because they treat their employees horribly! At least here in Colorado. They have to work crazy long hours and they get in trouble if they need to take unexpected time off. One supervisor interrogated an employee about an FMLA day off which I didn't think they could do given the FMLA was approved by the dr. and the USPS HR.

I too am dismayed at the declining experience with the USPS. I recently mailed a light weight, thin, 6x10 padded envelope. It cost $10 and took almost 3 weeks to go from Oregon to California. HOWEVER, for those who may be unaware, the USPS has been slowed by decisions of political appointees, so slower deliveries will now be standard, not to mention more expensive. Issues with slow tracking are due to the decision to not begin the tracking process until the package gets to a regional office, which can take days. What was once the most reliable, reasonably priced mail service around is being systematically ruined. Price hikes are making mailing even small items unaffordable for many. You would think that our USPS is targeted for ruination. I wonder who would want that done? A competitor perhaps? Others who covet the potential earnings? Loosing a national mail service would be insane. Allowing the mail to fall into a purely capitalistic business is highly risky. In my personal view, we are better off to correct the mismanagement or "dysmanagement" and keep one of the crown jewels of the US for future generations.

USPS looses packages, they are not customer oriented on the phone, long waiting times on the phone. They overcharge you on packages and do not resolve disputes timely. Overall, terrible experience with them, I would not use them in the future.
