Last time when I purchased, they quickly responded. This time, it was a good experience. The product did not come up when I did the Google search, but since I knew they had them I was finally able to find them.

Fast shipping. Unfortunately the packing wasn't well done. The paper package was ripped open and one of the boxes was crushed and opened. Luckily the items were all loose in the bottom of the package.

Over all, I liked the service and the super speed in which I received my order. I would have given a 5 star review if I didn't have to call your customer service center because I didn't get an email confirmation of my order. Customer service had to re-send it to me. Also, the box for my order was very banged up with tape covering alot of it. The item was not damaged but FedEx certainly abused my package during shipping.

This was the only place that I could find all of the items I was looking for. Almost nobody sells the 50 packs - and I'm trying to be more economical than buying smaller 5-10 packs. They are great, the sandpaper wears out before the actual paper does - which says a lot more than most of these cheaper options on Amuhz0n.

I order the hitachi diamond grinder blades. Great pricing. Not the fastest on delivery but pricing makes up for slow processing. Always helpful when I call.

My shopping experience with Toolorbit was pleasant and satisfactory. Would recommend it for power tools.
