As I stated in an email to customer service. The order has yet to be sent out and an email to customer service was not returned. Your service is deplorible!

I wish I would’ve done my homework before dealing with this Toolmarts company. I have called customer service at least 50 times in four days with no answer, they did finally call me back and I said I have been calling for days, the man said we are a huge company. Terrible customer service spend your money on Amazon, not here

Fast shipping, great communication

My Item has never arrived. The Toolmarts Customer Service is very difficult to reach. No one answers the phone because you are AUTOMATICALLY sent into a voicemail. I have had to leave 4-5 Voicemail messages before receiving 1 phone call. I am still waiting for an item that was ordered 19 days ago.

Being able to find what I need for my septic tank.

Sent an email for tracking info since none was provided. Was then notified via email that the order was on hold due to an issue with the shipping address. After this, I received (2) phone calls from a private number that turned out to be their 'Head of Marketing and Customer Support'. When I called Toolmarts to follow up on these phone calls, I was then told that they miscalculated the cost of shipping (FYI shipping was stated as 'free' on the website). The Head of Marketing and Customer Support then asked me if I would pay $50 to help cover the difference in shipping cost. I told her that she could just cancel the order, and she declined. She then asked if I would pay $20. When asked if they were just going to charge this to the card on file, she said that I could just send $20 via CashApp. After I declined the $20 CashApp payment she got frustrated and said she was just going to cancel the order.
