My order was canceled no explanation.
Response from Toolmarts.comApr 14, 2025
Hi Jamie, Your item was backordered at the manufacturer with no estimated time of arrival, and we didn’t want to hold onto your money indefinitely. As a result, we promptly processed a refund for your purchase. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of customer inquiries, we were unable to notify you in a timely manner, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We hope you understand that this was an honest oversight on our part, and we kindly request you to consider revising your review in light of this clarification. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Geff Toolmarts Customer Care

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, 5 days ago I receive an email that part of my ordered shipped. I contacted them a week ago for an order update via their website, never heard anything back. ** I did finally receive my order, but they never replied to my support request. *** Toolmarts reply to this review is false, my order was PARTIALLY shipped after 7-10 days of ordering, the 2nd half of the order (~2k order) was not shipped, I had to contact the manufacture of the product, where it was dropped shipped from directly to finally get it shipped out to me. Lose another star for misleading/false response.
