First of all
First of all, when I buy this thing, they never send me a confirmation email or any expesific date I buy the machine like 10 day a go and nothing I mean I didn'teven got the machine yet and yall ask for review a lot things yall got wrong I call a hundred times to the customer service and nobody answered the stupid phone you better send my machine or send my money back for sure this week

Very good you service and the tools but…
Very good you service and the tools but the shipping very non professional i lost 3 day to chasing may packaging.

ordered a vise vise based on lead time…
ordered a vise vise based on lead time on website. It didn't arrive, emailed them and they advised it was back ordered from the mfg, and gave a later date in the year. This happened a couple times. I still don't have the vise 10 months later and they now will not return an email or call. crooked folks!
