Taking your money, refuse to ship out the items, and don't give you a refund. SCAM!

Back in May, I ordered a $3500.00 Husqvarna PG280 and expected it to be sent within the 5-7 business days as advertised on their website. When I did NOT receive my order, I called customer service and was told that it was on back order. I was given a specific date they were going to ship out the item... that day came and still I received nothing. Not even a email. I contact them again, they apologized and provided me with another shipping date. That date also passed and I received nothing. Contact sales rep Ryan Wentzel and was told that the item was not in stock and was given another date for shipping. No surprise, they did not ship the item🤦♂️. I spend all morning trying to resolve this issue but was fed nothing but false promises. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DO BUSINESS WITH..HANDS DOWN! TO ANYBODY THAT IS THINKING OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY ON THE PLANET AND YOU WILL RECEIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can’t even give this company 1/2 a star... they deserve 💩💩💩💩💩! Toolfetch you truly suck !!!

. We ordered a Husqvarna 12" $900. 00 concrete saw nearly 3 months ago. It was suppose to be delivered right away. After about a month we received the Husqvarna promotional pull over but no saw. We emailed Luke and when he replied he said usps had lost the order. Because Luke was so quick to respond to the first email and expressed he needed time to get a follow up with usps that we would be patient. We tried toolfetch because they offered the saw we needed for a little less then we could get it elsewhere. It has been over 3 months with no follow-up and no saw. We have emailed Luke and others from his team with no response. We fault ourselves for not reading the many reviews that expressed shipping issues. We order online a lot with very few if any shipping issues. We will be happy to edit this post if someone from tool fetch would respond and get us the saw we purchased.

Thank you for your inquiry. We reviewed your order and events with the reps who were working on your case. The first initial shipment was lost in transit by the carrier. A freight claim was put into the carrier. Unfortunately the carriers due to the pandemic are running behind on requests for claims. When a new request was put in shortly after to send a replacement the unit went out of stock. At that time the manufacturer had a long backorder on these saws. Once the units arrived in our warehouse we rescheduled a reshipment. We do apologize for the frustration and inconvenience, and show the replacement saw shipped. Please let us know if we can continue to assist on this issue.

Truly does not even warrant one star. We ordered mixer nearly three months ago. It arrived damaged. The damage had been covered up with shipping labels. After a month of speaking to John, who was going to take care of the issue, I spent another month speaking to Luke about it. It's nearly three months in and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

Bought the "Sumner 108-8S Cylinder Cart" on May 13, 2020. Delivered on May 20, 2020. Packaging looked like a bunch of Kindergarteners used a box load of clear packing tape to wrap up a lot of cardboard scraps around a wad of bubble-wrap. When I unpacked the cart, I found the axle bearings on both sides of one wheel/ tire were broken off from the wheel and the cart was not at all safe to use with a high pressure cylinder mounted as designed. Multiple telephone calls and repeated emails to two different customer service reps with no resolution; no substantive response; no help or remedy at all. I even offered to have them just knock a few dollars and I would buy a replacement wheel locally and be done with it. Result: Crickets. This will be the only time I ever buy anything from Toolfetch.com. The worst customer service experience considering this was such a simple, easy-to-fix item. Follow Up Edit (06/21/2020) I wanted to share this follow up: Given the failure to resolve the issue, I decided to dispute the charge for this cart through my credit card company whereby they promptly placed a hold on sending the money for the full purchase price to the company. I then sent an email to the Co-Founder/ CEO of Toolfetch.com. I am pleased to share that by the next day, the customer service response became exceptional. The rep whom I initially contacted about the issue (and whom I felt was ignoring me for nearly a month), called me; offered what I felt was a sincere apology and quickly arranged for the manufacturer to overnight me a new pair of wheels for the cart. They arrived as promised; all is now well; I promptly asked my credit card issuer to remove my dispute on the charge; case closed successfully. If their initial customer service response was like this, a 5-star rating would have clearly been earned and deserved.

After speaking with a representative at Toolfetch, I ordered a part for my pump. After receiving it, I found out it was not the part we had discussed. It wasn't going to do the job. After speaking with customer service, I found out to return the item, I would only get little more than half of my cost back. They cited "return fee" and "stocking fee". I kept the part. I'll use it for something else. I should have read the reviews a little closer.
