Terrible Product
My first negative reaction to your company is the outrageous shipping costs of which I commented on at the time of purchase. When I finally received the items, they were the wrong size -- not even close to the sizing guide on your website. These items were probably manufactured in China or another Asian country where the sizing standards appear to be much different than in the US. It is difficult for me to understand why this company would misstate their products so blatantly. I will never again purchase from this company.

Hello again Andrew, As we discussed in your initial email to us we lost money shipping your order to you and the shipping price was clearly stated before you submitted the order. Also the order was shipped the same day as ordered and arrived to you in 5 business days from Maine to California. As far as the sizing goes we have sold hundreds of this product and you are the only person with a sizing issue. I also spoke to the manufacturer and the only variable they have heard that makes these shoe covers not fit properly is when you have a boot with a large sole or toe. We wish you would have brought the sizing issue to our attention in our prior emails.
