You're certainly creating a splendid showing on the grounds that i've no longer found an expert help before nowadays that has a short response, so that you have won my heart. As a consequence of you, i'll utilize your management once more.

Hi Michael, There are 2 types of shingle gauges. You ordered the one for shingles produced after January of 2012. I am guessing you need the one for prior to that. Please give me a call at (865)882-3833 so we can get you what you need.

Freight costs are exorbitant. Service was fine.

Good service but the delivery is toooo expensive. You should give better prices on delivery because sometimes we need tools ASAP and we try to found in some other place.

Hi Jesus, I'm sorry you felt the shipping was too expensive. We charge only what the shipping company charges. Since your order was Next Day Air it was more expensive.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping. It took a week to receive package.

Hello Mr. Rea, Your order was placed for 3 day Select shipping after business hours on the 28th of June. We shipped your item the following day and it was delivered in 3 business days. Unfortunately when you ordered there was a weekend and the 4th of July holiday which is what made your package take longer than a typical work week. We apologize that you weren't happy with the shipping time.
