Ordered a product and paid an outrageous amount of shipping for two day delivery and it was not delivered on time. Customer service closes on weekends and after 5pm. Appreciate the small business concept but when I pay almost $30 for fast shipping I expect more.

Would have been nice to know the tool I ordered was backordered. Not cool to sell something you don't have in stock.

I ordered the tripod for the radon monitor. I paid over $50 for it. When I received it I was very disappointed in the quality of the tripod. Very flimsy with cheap plastic parts. I saw one exactly like it on Amazon for about $13, which is about what it is worth. However, the service was very easy to deal with and shipping was very fast, I was just not impressed with the product or the lack of description of it.

I placed an order with 3 day USPS shipping on 10-18-2016. I had not received my order and on 10-26-2016 I emailed inquiring about the status. I received a prompt email telling me that the items I ordered had sold out and that the supplier also ran out, but that the items had arrived earlier that day. Since it had been a week since I had placed the order and had not received it, I hoped the shipping would be upgraded. As someone who has several years in customer service, including retail and e-commerce, I was very disappointed that I was not contacted to let me know that the item I ordered was out of stock. These items are important for work. Then to not have the shipping expedited was a further disappointment.
