I placed an order with 3 day USPS shipping on 10-18-2016. I had not received my order and on 10-26-2016 I emailed inquiring about the status. I received a prompt email telling me that the items I ordered had sold out and that the supplier also ran out, but that the items had arrived earlier that day. Since it had been a week since I had placed the order and had not received it, I hoped the shipping would be upgraded. As someone who has several years in customer service, including retail and e-commerce, I was very disappointed that I was not contacted to let me know that the item I ordered was out of stock. These items are important for work. Then to not have the shipping expedited was a further disappointment.

I made two separate purchases in the same day and they were kind enough to bundle the shipping together without me asking and saved me atleast $7 on shipping. I appreciate when companies pay attention to details like that. The moisture meters I bought were received as described. Thank you

I ordered a pair of size 9 Cougar Paws and I needed them in a hurry to keep my room addition project on schedule (running out of my time off from work and had to get the roof on before it rained again). Tool Experts got them to me in two days. They sent the right product, in the right size, in the agreed to time. Can't do better than that.

I ordered and had my item in 2 days. Then I returned them due to ordering the wrong size and them shipped out the new size the same day they received my returned item. Thanks again Tool experts.
