Tong shops items are top notch and fit me perfectly. The comfort and luxury is awesome. My one issue is shipping time. I truly wish that could be cut in half. That being said, Tong shop is my knly jewlery destination.

ZERO STARS. BUYER BEWARE!!
I would give this experience a ZERO of I could. They alter the images you send and then do not want to fix their mistakes. I have been waiting 6 months for my remake of the items they messed up. During this time someone is communicating with me but they are lying and giving deadlines for me to have my items and the deadlines pass and nothing. If you want good customer service DO NOT GET YOUR LOVED ONE'S KEEPSAKE FROM THEM!! TRASH

Hi, We are very sorry to see this review, but we do not believe it accurately reflects the full situation. The customer ordered one custom pendant for around $60. As a gesture of goodwill, we included an additional pendant for free, so two pendants were delivered in total. After the customer was unhappy with one of them, we also arranged and sent another custom pendant at no extra cost. In total, the customer received three pendants, all of which were shipped and successfully delivered. Before shipping, we also recorded and shared product videos through WhatsApp so the customer could review the items clearly. We continued communicating and tried our best to help, even after the order had already been fulfilled. We understand that custom items can be very personal, and we always try to resolve concerns fairly. However, after providing free replacements and continued support, we do not feel this review fairly represents the effort, products, and service provided.
