Good communication, quality items and solid customer service.
I had a great experience with Tongshops. As a customer ordering from the UK, my order took a little longer than expected, but their customer service more than made up for it. They were honest and apologetic about the delay, took the time to communicate with me personally, and went above and beyond by sending out free items as compensation and even offering me additional free items on my next order. I genuinely appreciate this level of customer service, especially as an international customer. They made the effort to put things right and showed that they truly value their customers. Communication was friendly and professional throughout, and I couldn’t ask for much more. I’ll definitely be ordering from Tongshops again and would highly recommend them to anyone!
