Mr. Ochoa, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry for the negative experience. The change fee is an Airline policy that our agency is required to follow. We are happy that you were able to get this fee waived by calling the airline directly. Tom Tours is customer-focused and we are always trying to find the most cost-effective option for our clients. Therefore, in the future we will inform our customers of the possibility of getting the change fee waived by contacting the airline directly. We invite you to please contact us directly so that we can discuss options on how to improve our service and make up for the negative experience you had. Sincerely, Tomtours.com
