Stay Away‼️ Don’t risk damaging your car at this place‼️ This Carwash tore my bumper off of my vehicle

This car wash totally trashed my car. I signed up when they were brand new and pointed out to him when Ken was manager about my headlights being trashed from the car wash and my paint. So dummy me I keep using the car wash. I have a Porsche Cayenne and the headlights are trashed and the paint. When I was with ultimate car Wash this never happened. My advice to anybody out there do not run your car through this car wash unless you have a beater and don't care. Pictures to come

Went thru car wash and got grease from front hood, windshield, top of car to back trunk. I got home to clean door jams when I discovered it. Went back out to Ephrata car wash and showed the team. They said the only thing they can do is to run thru again. Still same issue. The management team did not even come over to see if problem was solved or not. I pulled over and finished drying my car and wiping all the grease marks off. Very disappointed TedAnsel

A big real trash dumpster

I used the car wash in El Paso Texas on Zaragoza and had my windshield wiper broken by their equipment, they refused to fix it stating my truck was to old and their warranty covered vehicles less then 15 years old. When one signs up the warranty is not provided nor is it posted anywhere in the facility. I will file a claim with the courts.

I surely wouldn’t pay to be monthly member. Your vacuums Suck! They won’t even pick up a leaf from car mat. What’s the point of providing them, when they don’t work. I’ll go elsewhere.

Your 2 guys at the Tanger Outlet North Charleston SC location are not helping your business at ALL Explained I was in a hurry SO they gave me the SLOWEST car wash EVER! Funny?? not to me... Your mat washer was behind closed doors and marked OUT OF ORDER, You don't supply towels to dry the car after your wash left car in extremely wet condition/soapy condition is that the plan to get people to spend another $5 to get a towel? Car was covered with what looked like soap. Truly the worst "Auto Wash" ever! Please cancel this subscription.

Pulled up to have my truck washed. The guy said I had to take the straps out. The back of my cool was OK and I went look in the back. Some guy come screaming out the door. You have to pull up and park in the lot you have to pull even screaming at me not the point that he was telling me where to go, but he was screaming at me. This was on Monday 23 December at 1:00 PM very bad experience for someone to come screaming out the direction not that he was telling me where to go but screaming at me because I wanted to shut the tailgate. Will 100% not come back to this location
