I bought a month of washes on September 21 week later we had storm Ian. I was not able to get the over for weeks after the storm. When I was able to get their you, people were close. So, I waited for you to open, when you did, I was told it went beyond 30 day the guy told I had to buy more. I did not, he told me I should have gone to Port Charotte which is over ten miles away. So, I got Skew for thirty dollars, that person was nasty to me. I will not ever be going back there nor my family and friends if you all want to get Skew go there. This will be post on North Port neighbors.

First my windshield wiper got broken on my car second you're giving free car washes to school teachers who just got a $4000 pay increase in Pasco county due to property taxes not only do I have to pay the taxes to pay the teacher I have to pay for my own car wash while you're giving teachers free car washes you lost all my business

This car wash sucks!! I took my car to a car wash when I went out of town because my car was plastered with so many love bugs. I went to the bug washing station and then through the car wash. When I came out I didn’t have one love bug left on my car. I came back to town and when to your car wash, you didn’t have a bug washing station. I went through the car wash and it got the bugs off the windows but the whole front end was still full of love bugs. It was the whole love bug still there. They gave me a cloth to try to wipe them off and I went through the car wash again. The front of my car is still plastered with love bugs. I will be canceling my subscription, this is ridiculous. I’m so pissed off right now!!

I am (was) a member, but after THEY damaged my truck and REFUSED even talk to me about it, member no longer. On Sunday 8/7 while in the pay lane, the gate that raises to let vehicles in came down on my truck causing damage. The young lady inside took my name and number, stating someone would call me same day or the next. As of Monday no one called, so I decided to call them. Couldn’t talk to anyone in charge. I called again Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and today Saturday. At this point supposedly no one in charge can take my call, either not there or in a so call meeting SMFH. They damaged my vehicle at the Dover location (inside the car wash) but because I can’t prove it, they said FU. I realize it was a once of life time incident, but it still happened and they refused to analogy it. If this the way this place treat their customers, it’s SAD 🙁. In a time where customer service is key, they are doing a horrible job at it.

they scratch/damage your car and take months to “investigate” even though it’s just the lazy management not doing their job.

I took my jeep through the car wash around April 22, 2022 and I heard a crack and I wondered what the noise was. I ended up going over to the vacuums to vacuum the back of my vehicle out and I saw that water had leaked through the back windows, the carpet and water had even ran into my back speakers which messed up my wiring later on. I did a quick walk around to see what else was messed up and I saw I had a crack in my tail light assembly which has soap in it so I got a manager and filed a report. I got a call about a week after the incident and i was told he'd have to investigate further and so far I haven't heard anything back. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone because they wont compensate for any damages that happen to your vehicle.

Took my car for a wash and it came out with scratches some pretty deep. We called and did a report the manager says they won’t do anything. I used to love going here now I’m not going to go back again. I am super frustrated they won’t fix the scratches even though they were able to check the video and there weren’t scratches when I was waiting to get in the wash but after the wash they show up.

Took my perfectly nice Yukon through Tommy's for a wash. As I drove through, the cover off the driver side mirror was literally ripped off the vehicle. The mirror has lights and other features, so now there are wires dangling. Tommy's filed an incident report. They called me today to inform me that they will not cover any of the damage. None. At all. They'll give me free washes. No thanks! Why would I want to take my vehicle through that again???? To see if any other pieces could be ripped off and they could not cover any of the additional damages? I'll pass. Over the last several years I've taken my Yukon through nearly every other wash in town and never had any damage. I'd recommend ANY of them over Tommy's.
