My experience with Tomkings has been such a pleasant experience. They made everything so easy for me and if I had any questions they were to sure to answer right away ! The whole process and shipping of my frenchie was such a smooth process , but not only that , even after I received my frenchie they still continue to reach out and ask how everything is going. Tomkings is so much more than a business, it’s a family! So grateful for them. I will be a life long client !

TomKings Were great to work with from the start until “puppy-in-hands”. Our puppy is beautiful, the quality is better than expected.

Customer service was great, but the important thing was our puppy arrived sick. Bad diarrhea and cough. He tested positive for bordatella and worms. It’s been almost a month now and he’s still got both symptoms. Even after several doses of meds from vet. So we are beginning to worry.

Heard about these guys and thought I would check them out since I was ready for my own frenchie. I had been in contact for a year or two prior but these guys are amazing. Help you whenever and if ever you need it they are just a email or text away. Very good and quick responses and just make you feel apart of the family. The Facebook family group is amazing as well. Everyone at tomkings is beyond amazing and I have been talking them up to everyone I see!!! Definitely will be back!

TKK gave us our Dream Puppy. I did a ton of research before finding TKK and even though I was initially skeptical about purchasing a pup overseas all of the positive reviews, the TKK Family Facebook and helpful blogs sold me. We were on a waiting list for a while and were fine with being patient as we wanted a boy with specific coloring. TKK could not have done a better job in matching us with our dream puppy. The communication with TKK is outstanding. I received video updates of our baby and when the time came for our pup to travel, we received very detailed instructions and tons of helpful tips to prepare for our babies arrival. The process was so easy and so organized. This is by far the best experience we have had in purchasing a puppy. Our new baby Marcel is extremely social due to TKK and he is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a healthy well socialized Frenchie, I highly recommend TomKings!

I must say everything was taken care of,Tomkings kept me updated throughout the process.Sofi is so sweet.She loves running outside with her new dog friends.
