Dear Evi, We are truly sorry to read your review, and we are deeply saddened by what happened. We can only imagine how painful and upsetting this situation must have been for you, especially considering the impact it had on your other furry family members. The happiness, safety, and well being of both our puppies and our families are extremely important to us. During the time your puppy was with us, we never saw any sign of aggression or serious behavioral concern. None of the puppy’s littermates showed this kind of issue either. If we had seen any indication that the puppy could present a risk, we naturally would not have placed them with a family. That being said, we are truly sorry that your experience turned out this way. We understand how disappointing and heartbreaking it is when something does not go as hoped, especially when so much love, trust and emotion are involved. We always want our families and our puppies to have happy, safe and loving lives together, and it is very painful for us to hear that this was not your experience. Dear Joe, Thank you for sharing this with us, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused you. For our puppies to be able to travel, they must have all of their official paperwork prepared, so we can assure you that your dog’s documents were processed and sent from our side. Unfortunately, international mail and registration processes (like AKC) can sometimes be slower or things may get lost on the way, which might be what happened here. Of course, we want to fix this for you as quickly as possible! Please know that every puppy, including Peaches, undergoes extensive health checks and receives all necessary vaccinations before joining their new families. From August 1st our puppies either travel from the USA or are older than 6 months, ensuring they are in robust health when they reach their new homes. It is incredibly rare for our puppies to face health issues, and we take every precaution to ensure their well-being. We are committed to assisting you and Peaches in every way possible. Dear Michael, We are truly sorry to hear about Bentley's health issues since his arrival. Your experience is very concerning to us, and we understand your worry. We appreciate your kind words about our customer service. Our health expert is actively working on Bentley's case, and we are committed to helping him recover. We are also very worried about Bentley and find his current condition unexpected. Puppies at this age are very sensitive, and despite vaccinations and treatments, it can happen that they catch something. However, in 99% of cases, they recover very quickly. Our puppies get these shots before they leave: 1. shot Nobivac Parvo C (Vanguard, Versican*) against Parvo at 5 weeks old (passport IX. page) 2. shot Nobivac DHPPi/L (Vanguard, Versican): combined vaccinations against canine Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis at 7 weeks old (passport IX. page) 3. shot Nobivac DHPPi/L (Vanguard, Versican): combined vaccinations against canine Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis at 9 weeks old (passport IX. page) 4. shot Nobivac Rabies (Vanguard, Versican) against rabies at 3 months + 1 day old (passport V. page).
