DISASTER. 0 stars if I could award 0 stars. Ordered, and like others, had no idea this was a CHINESE BRAND. Completely misleading. Shoes arrived and they looked and felt as though they cost a few ££. Plastic vs. leather. And a cheap nylon. They weren't even pool shoes. Then began the return process. First, they tried to negotiate a 10% discount, then 15, then 20 and then 30%. I opted to ship them back to CHINA--no local UK or Euro warehouse, so this was the only option. But I was so adamant in getting my money back, that I went through all the bloody effort. I've spent over an hour's time emailing, preparing return package, tracking packages. And they STILL say they need for ME to confirm whether the package arrived and then inspect the package. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Absolute sham.

Beware, do not buy from this website. I was under the impression this was a UK company but too late discovered the item was coming from China. Item was described as linen/cotton man’s shirt but when it arrived was linen/polyester which was horrible. Contacted them to return item where they firstly tried to give me a 10% discount then upped it to 20%. Out of principle and the fact the item cost £45 I decided to send it back at a cost of £20. I then had to send tracking details and confirmation of the address I sent it to - I sent photos. They then asked me to track it to advise them when it had arrived. This I did, sending them a pdf of the delivery confirmation. But, still they are denying receiving it! So now having spent £65 I am determined to fight this and get £45 back from them. Basically this is, in every way breaching consumer rights. Personally I will NEVER buy from China again 😡

Scam company. The contract is governed by the law of China! No real hope of any refund.

Avoid. This is a dreadful site to deal with, shoddy goods and a return policy which will cost YOU money and no chance of a refund.

This company should not be trading in Europe at all, it gives the impression on line that it covers Europe, bit it is in China,and you have to go to the very bottom of a very long list of conditions to find this out,and this is where you have to send things back too AT YOUR EXPENSE.

It’s a scam company, they sell very cheap knock offs of the pictures shown which are deluxe items. I cancelled within 5 minutes of ordering claiming the refund offered if you cancel within 24hrs. Not upheld and shoddy goods sent. (The policies aren’t there for the customer) You have to return to china at your own cost (around £26min) and they will issue a refund if and when they see fit! Or accept a refund. I managed to wrangle them up from 10% to 30% but still waiting and have basically lost money. One top is wearable the other is only fit for rags.
