Great product as described at a fair price

I mistakenly ordered two of the same item, i contacted the company and they tried to alter my order, i do not know the outcome untill my order is delivered.

The delivery timeframe is not clearly stated when ordering. The tracking system does not offer any useful information - for example it is now 8 days after I placed an order yet there is no sign of delivery and the tracking says it has no information. I would not have placed an order if I had known this and will not consider using this company again if they can’t give proper information

Misleading company. Ordered 2 items that arrived and were not the high quality of the item advertised online. Returns needed to go to China at my expense. Items are still being held and after 2 months have not reached them. Nightmare and wouldn’t recommend ordering from them

Utter missold junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS I order a "Cozy Fleece" what arrived (three weeks later) was a nylon stretchy top with literally the picture of a Cozy fleece printed over the top of it. Imagine wearing a tight long sleeved nylon T Shirt with the image of of a Tweed Jacket poorly printed on it.. No contact no complaints procedure no refund. Avoid these Idiots at all costs!

The parcel took a long time to arrive. The website makes out that it is europe/uk based when it is in China. The sizes are chinese not europe/uk sizes so come up 2 sizes to small. The returns is such as hassle and you have to ship it back to China.

Please folks, do not use this company. I ordered two pairs of track pants, first of all nowhere on there site did they give a delivery time or date, it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. When the items did eventually turn up they were nothing like their picture or description, they use cheap materials, the sizing is way out and do not make it clear that the garments were made in China. Also do not be fooled by the English sounding name it is the Chinese companies attempt to deceive people into believing that they are buying good quality British goods when in fact what they are being sold is shoddy ill fitting cheaply made rubbish.
