The online retailer 'Tom Hollinger' (operating under the corporate name Cyber Talent Solutions, Inc.) is engaging in deceptive trading practices targeting UK consumers. They advertise high-quality clothing via slick social media adverts, falsely implying a UK/US presence. However, goods are dropshipped directly from China. The items received are entirely non-compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015: they are of extremely poor, see-through quality and heavily undersized (an ordered 36-inch waist physically measured only 16 inches flat across, which equates to a 32-inch waist). Furthermore, the merchant actively breaches UK consumer law by refusing to provide a UK return address or cover return shipping costs, instead attempting to force consumers to pay for international shipping to China or accept an unfair 20% partial refund."
