DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered some Navy pants in size medium and they sent a small pair in light blue!!! They are refusing to take them back and tell me I can return them to China at a considerable cost to myself. They offered me all sorts of discounts but no good as the things don't fit!! There's no acknowledgment that they have made the mistake by sending something I didn't order. Lost out on my money. The quality was extremely poor too.

I’ve already written my review which actually mirrors everyone else’s but I’d just like to inform you all that if you paid by PayPal then they’ll refund you, it’s quite long and drawn out but it’s worth it, but I just hope that they can get it back from the criminals that run this company. I complained for us all, I want justice done, for us all

WARNING DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! This business is based in China with a front of Tom Hollinger if there are any issues you have to return to china !!! I ordered a Xmas present on 12th bit it didn’t arrive to 29th and I was out of the country - I wanted to return this as it was for someone else and didnt fit me - But I have to return to china - the price of the return is more than the garment sp I have lost that amount of money I will never buy fro this company again it’s outrageous they can trade like this in the UK with our consumer rights Any trading standard officers out there ? Can you protect the UK consumer from this awful company ?

Received the item but didn't fit, no info in package how to return. Tried emailing but no response after a few days so checked the returns policy and clearly not worth the hassle. They've purposefully made it as difficult as possible to return items but therefore should not be an online seller. Do not purchase from this company.

The summary about this company is 100% correct. Goods came from China (this is not obvious when placing an order) not as described, poor quality, and even though I ordered on the 12th Dec for Christmas presents did not arrive until 30th Dec. The return process is painful. I have been offered 10% refund and 20% refund which I’m not prepared to accept as I have no use for the goods. I also did a review on their website giving 1 star which unsurprisingly has not been uploaded. I thought this was a legitimate company - how wrong could I be. I paid £15 to send the parcel back via dpd (through the post office), I’ve sent the tracking information and proof I sent the parcel including a photo of the parcel with the dpd label on it to the Company. I’m still waiting for the parcel to be delivered and a refund to be issued. Update - Aug 2026 The unopened parcel has been returned to me stamped with ‘refused’ on it. So in hindsight I probably should have accepted the partial refund as I completely wasted my money and time trying to return the goods for a refund.
