Really pleased with the 2 pairs of men's boots purchased, exactly as described, good quality boots. My problem is mainly with the delivery time, which took over a month which is why I have taken off a star. The company is advertised as European but when I became concerned about the long wait for my purchase and delved into the tracking of my parcel further, I discovered that my order was being dropshipped from China and it was ages before it even left the country plus the courier site was in Chinese so I had no idea what was happening. I saw nothing mentioned about coming from China anywhere on the website!! At this point, I also looked at reviews on Trust pilot and became concerned as to whether I would even get my order and if I did, what quality would it be? Based on this, I purchased another 2 pairs of boots from elsewhere because I was that concerned So now he has 4 pairs, it appeared from Trustpilot comments that it is not worth trying to return, because you cannot return them to China in the stipulated time to get a refund plus you have to pay to ship them back! As stated, I bought the boots as a Christmas present for my husband but they didn't arrive until well after Christmas and even then, the 2 pairs of boots were not delivered together and one pair was delivered to my neighbour when we were actually at home!!

It was lovely when got here and fits well. A little thin but great quality still. Thank you.

Rubbish. Believe these reviews not what you see on their website. £40 for a shirt, 2 weeks to ship from china (no mention of that on their site) slim fit shirt ordered, oversized poor quality shirt delivered. I can fit 2 people in the shirt so how is this sold as slim fit. Returning would be too expensive and they’ve offered 10% off next purchase. Surely breaches consumer act. Don’t buy from this company
