I bought a pair of sunglasses, but they were too big for my face. I went to the Toronto Tom Ford store. They told me they couldn't exchange them for me. I chatted online; it was so frustrating, and I haven't gotten any answer yet. Their online service is so awful. If you buy something from the Shein website, they solve your problem better than Tom Ford customer service.

Listen. It’s very rare we leave a negative review, but today’s the day. We have never experienced racism in a store, but our sales associate Chris, clearly had a bias and opinion. Exquisite designs and fabrics, but unprofessional, tacky, and frankly budget/outlet style staff. Certainly not worth spending the 20k on an outfit with him. Xx

Never shop with Tom Ford! I purchased a handbag which arrived dirty and with no attached tags. I immediately notified them and returned the bag the very next day. They received the bag and refused to refund me and what's worse is that they blamed me for the awful condition of the bag! I have since gone to VISA and filed a claims dispute. DO NOT SHOP WITH TOM FORD! THE MOST UNETHICAL BUSINESS!

Bought a pair of damaged burnished monk strap shoes. Most expensive pair of shoes I have bought in my life. Loved the style and color on the website. When they arrived the shoes were damaged. Not terribly damaged but there were creases in the toes and one of the soles of the shoes were scuffed. Ordinarily not a bad problem if you are buying off a discount rack in an outlet or something but not what I was expecting for a 2500.00 pair of shoes. Called them 10 mins after opening the box. They asked me to send them pictures which I did. All I was looking to do was swap out the shoes. I even asked them on the phone if they had a policy to discount the shoes based on the damage. They said no, just send us the pictures and we will review. It's been 7 days since I reached out with no response. I'll never buy anything from this brand again. Lesson learned. *Side note color was awesome, overall quality was meh". Not worth the money or the experience.

I bought a pair of tom ford pumps.I really loved them cause they were comfortable and beautiful yet simple. After 4-5 times of use one pair started tearing up. I emailed them and explained the situation . I asked if they can at least fix it for me and they said they can’t do anything cause I bought it from another retailer and not them.The shoes have been in my closet for over a year now and each time I see them it makes me so upset that I paid that much for such low quality shoes.this happened after the return time frame of Mytheresa website which is also by the way a place u should never shop from so they refused doing anything about it.just decided to write a review so others don’t make the same mistake. Tom ford shoes are very low quality and Mytheresa has awful customer service.
