We booked our Paradise Helicopter tour though Tom's Barefoot. It was during the eruption in May-June of 2018. No one cancelled and they were able to get us great views of fissure 8, but the pilot still kept us safe. The pilot was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Thank you Tom's for a wonderful tour!

After we had made room reservations, we asked our guesthouse owners about snorkeling and other activities in Maui, They referred us to Tom Barefoot Tours, who patiently answered questions after we had seen their activity listings online. They booked us and, when we had follow-up logistical questions, they were equally as patient. They didn't just drop us once they had our payment, as I was afraid they might. They were genuinely interested in seeing that we got the kind of activities we wanted, with no logistical snags, within our budget limitations. If you're visiting the island, especially for the first time, Tom's is a sure bet for setting up your trip activites.
