The item I ordered was exactly as described on the web site, which was easy to navigate. Smooth transaction, discreet and timely shipping earns all 5 stars from me.

speedy discreet delivery and I liked the product. I couldn’t find any other honeycomb pipes so I got this one and it’s perfectly fine. I just wish it would’ve been bigger in circumference.

Customer service is not their fine suit. Never received package. Never buying from them again. I work for a dispensary, and I send my patients to other sites and stores for their accessory needs. Before I sent them to this site, never again.
