Edit to 4 starts since all my orders are delivered and they responded little late but it happened! Worst customer service I used to have best experience but now they change for bad, my $235 worth of orders are in pending since last 10 days order on March 15 and March 17th and no one is bothering to respond, since last few days all have same excuse discussing internally. Definitely last order of my life after being customer since last 6 years.

Have used them many many times for Karachi. Always delivered though late sometimes. My only concern is that the products are over priced other then that customer service is responsive and they are a genuine service provider.
