Our experience with Toddlekind has been really great! We had one of their playmats at home for less than two months when 2/3 of the tiles began to peel at the edges. I then emailed the company with the complaint and received a response the very next day. Shortly after, a solution was provided: we received 3 new tiles. The service was fast and excellent! We will definitely recommend Toddlekind to others!

I made an order from them but i had to return it since the colour wasn’t exactly what i wanted. Return process went smooth and i was assisted during the whole time by the support team. They also helped placing a new order with the colour i wanted using the credit from the past order. Their product quality is good and probably will order in the future again. Thank you again !

Love the products from this company and the customer service is responsive, respectful, and solutions oriented. We won’t get mats from anywhere else.

I’ve bought several Toddlekind products now, including a playmat and the change clutch, and I’ve been really impressed. The quality is great — durable, easy to wipe, and clearly made to last. I also love the thought that goes into the design. It’s obvious this brand is created by moms who understand what we need.

Speelmat gekocht in november voor €180. Nog geen 6 weken later zitten er putjes in terwijl de kinderen er normaal op spelen. Dit hoort bij de slijtage geeft toddler kind aan en ik krijg niks vergoed. Ik had op z'n minst nieuwe matten verwacht. Slechte service en slechte matten -Aangepast- Inmiddels te horen gekregen dat we toch nieuwe matten krijgen. Heel fijn want dit mag niet na een paar weken. Bedankt voor het oplossen en de service!
