The durability of this playmat is poor. We have followed all directions for product care on this, and have been very conscious of them. The playmat has peeled within a few months. Toddlekind is refusing to refund me even though I purchased my product less than 2 years ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not worth the money. I have the playmat for 2 months and isn’t heavily used. Today, when I cleaned I noticed that the mat is ripped, we do not have any sharp objects in the room so it must arrived like this or be done by little son (16 months) when he played with his cars. I look at this whole and the material is so thin, you really could break it with your nails without any problem. I so regret buying this mat

Mat started peeling after limited use. We used this mat for our first child ~3 years ago for 6 months. We then got it back out for our second child and the surface of the mat is peeling off. Toddlekind claim their "lifetime warranty" is actually only 2 years long and won't replace the mat. Given we paid the best part of £100 for a 'premium mat' I wouldn't expect it to be completely useless after this short period.

Extremenent déçue. Nous avons acheté un tapis qualité premium. Il n'a pas résister plus d'1 an. Une odeur nauséabonde est apparue et, bien que sous garanti (2an), la marque refuse de remplacer le produit. N'ACHETEZ PAS CE TAPIS ! Îles hors de prix et de mauvaise qualité.

Terrible Customer Service - paid for an item that I never received. I am being completely ignored. There is proof that the item was delivered to the wrong location - still I am the one who needs to sort it out. 3 e-mails from customer services to tell me that this is not their problem - I should sort it out with the delivery company. To be honest, the worst customer service emails I have ever seen - and this coming from a baby/kids company. Since 1 week - no response. As of today - I paid for an item that I will never receive and no one is answering my emails. Quite shocking

Package didn’t arrive. Their customer service didn’t do anything to try to help find the package. Terrible customer service.
