This company is a scam and they will take your money. When it’s time to file a claim they will say it was pre-existing. So if you don’t have a 2021 vehicle then this is not for you. They never respond to any calls and call you back. I waited 3 months for them to deny my claim and had to find out through my dealer ship. Please I advise you guys to check the BBB about this company and you will see the pattern. Just wish I knew this before.

Don’t waste your money!!! My turbo charger was covered in my warranty. The valve on my turbo charger was rusty and because it is literally part of the turbo charger, the turbo charger needed to be replaced. Because the car garage listed it as the valve on my repair bill, TOKO refused to cover it, arguing it was NOT the turbo charger when it was a piece of my turbo charger. They played on technicalities and preyed on the fact that I did not know those details at the time. That’s like saying a finger is not a part of the hand. Payed TOKO for years for nothing. Had an experienced mechanic fix my vehicle and he laughed at the lies they told me so they did not have to cover it.

I purchased a policy, with good faith and trust that Toco was a reputable a d professional Organization. I came to find out differently. When it came time for a claim, I was treated rudely and unprofessional by the customer care department, to begin with. Apparently, "customer care" with Toko, is an oxymoron. I was also treated even more rudely and unprofessional by both the Warrentech, claim folks and the adjuster department. Warrentech Which is the company that actually does the maintenance and writes the policies or as they call them contracts. The only bright spot so far, in my whole experience with them, has been with one particular Customer Care supervisor, Named: Fred Vasquez. He was very polite and professional and helpful. Thank you Fred. And by the way an inspector after 48 hours still hasn't shown up at my local service facility to inspect my car I do not have my car back. We're going on 3 days now without a vehicle. The promise was an inspector would show up in 24 to 48 hours..."not." Apparently I have thrown away good money on a big SCAM!!! BEWARE

So far so good I haven't used the plan yet.. But I have to give Derrick 5 stars cause he was very helpful. Thank you 😊

Extremely knowledgeable and relatable customer service and sales reps so far. This was a big decision for me and I honestly feel like going with ToCo was the right move for my warranty.

Bought the policy and when I needed the support it was denied because the used car bought didn't have the manufacturers covered maintenance. Save your money and pay for the repairs yourself.
