TobaccostockReviews of tobaccostock.com

they can answer the phone stop making you push 9 on the phone to keep on hold only to hang up on you. they could lower shipment back to what it was and they could give you a tracking number. they are RUDE and accuse you of being RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. do not order from them. you will not know where your package is. they use to be a good company. i used them for years.

I used to frequent this place for many years but the more often you order from them they get lazy; you'd think they treat their top customers better if anything not worse, yet every time I think I can trust them and they ship one or two orders efficiently and correctly, they continue to slip as I place more orders. Placed an order on April 30 with expedited shipping, label was created, almost a week later, still hasn't shipped. False, misleading. I won't order from you again next time for you to continually let your practices slip when someone pays for expedited shipping. This should not be happening every SEVERAL orders where the FASTEST EXPEDITED shipping option is SIGNIFICANTLY delayed, and sometimes they will delay shipping your order because they don't have an item in stock and instead of just shipping it they create more time for them to ship it by waiting for your reply instead of just shipping what they do have in stock as if it's the customer's fault they allow orders to be placed that aren't in stock. It's unprofessional, rude, unreliable. This will be the last time I rely on you only to be let down every few orders; every once in a while is understandable but once I place orders with you regularly every few orders it's taking a WEEK to get EXPEDITED shipping method out. With misleading shipping label that you clearly just print and don't actually SHIP yet. People aren't as stupid as you clearly think. Unacceptable and clearly as you don't appreciate or value your repeat customers, I will no longer be one and move on elsewhere for good. They also don't respond to customer feedback, they don't care about you or if you get your products on time :) Very rude and constant inconvenience, do not count on this company

UPDATE/MODIFICATION: This is the foolishness Im dealing with. Im being told(a loyal recurring customer) that I provided an incorrect address, Yet, WHY IS THE FACT THAT THE COURIER STATED THEY PUT IT IN A MAILBOX....THE MAILBOX THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN REFERECNING AS ON THE SHIPPING DOESNT EXIST, SO IF ANYTHING, THE PACKAGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT BACK TO THE SENDER NON DELIVERABLE, NOT , PLACED INSIDE MAILBOX. THE MAILBOX NEVER EXISTED. SO HOW CAN THE COURIER CLAIM THEY LEFT IT IN THAT BOX....? Respectfully Submitted,,,,, An Old Patron. Order Never Delivered. No Proof of Delivery (POD) Package was never left in the building eighter because we were in the Lobby ALL day when deliveries were being made... Courier stated (Lied) about the package being left in the Mailbox of the recepient, but noo such mailbox even existed within our building.. I reported this to USPS before even dealing with Tabaccostock . You guys didnt even want to offer a credit or reship with the correct data , i was told I had to absorb that cost.. Considering not even smoking Backwood anymore because you were my only suppliers for the past two years

I ordered a duel 2 cigarette roller they sent a single roller then argued about the order with out a offer to exchange. It's my last order from them

Ive been ordering from this company for several months now and it's always a hassle. Half the time the products I order are out of stock. They dont seem to have any inventory system. When I do get my order, the tubes are always crushed. Plus, the shipping costs are ridiculously high. It also seems like their latest reviews are fake like they leave reviews on their own. Not worth the trouble.

Don't do business with this company!! Place a $100 order. Pending in my account. Processed on the 24th. The company emails me on the 28th saying order is canceled. Yet it had no problem pulling my $$$ Won't respond to emails or phone calls. Don't do business with this company!!
