This review is for my particular experience with quality analyst, Ava Jones . I made the decision to go with a local resource to help me with my taxes so I canceled. Initially , I had a very difficult time getting assistance with this but Ava reached out and corrected the issue . I believe other individuals at this entity should follow her example and these negative reviews would decrease .

The IRS sent me a letter last year saying I owed them, so I paid it last year after the second notice, so I wouldn't get crosswise with IRS. I looked at the IRS notice and tried to get a hold of IRS through calls and letters. Went to tax Network in January, 2026. That was recommended by Candace Owens podcast. They took my money and I did get my money refunded from IRS. I filled out their questionnaire. In that form what I really needed was financial planning , since my husband would be turning 73 this year he would be required to take the RMD from his retirement account. I tried to set up an appointment with the person I worked with,but that didn't work.Tried the 855 225-1040 to set up appointment, which directs you to the internet, but it didn't recognize my email or my account # with them. I tried email and calling the account department. I went to the Financial planning part of the site but I didn't want 30 or more texts sent to me. All I was trying to get was some help. August 3,2026 I am updating my review. I talked with the quality assurance person, and I am hopeful that I will get the help I need. I am talking with them tomorrow. August 5,2026 Assigned new case manager, and talked with him. Need to send him more information, I am hopeful that I will get the help I need.

What made my experience great was my case manager. AUBREY GROVER has truly made the difference. Initially i was given a case manager that was ok. They later removed that person and i had to start over as they are not great with passing the information along to their people. i found out that the original case manager was pregnant so they had no choice. They then gave me another case manager who was not the best. I called and they immediately replaced this one with Aubrey. I have been extremely happy since then. We are finally seeing a light at the end of the IRS tunnel. THANK YOU AUBREY FOR ALL YOU HELP

On Thu, Jan 2, 2025 – I contacted Mr. Brian Mitchell and came back to Tax Network as an existing customer. Mr. Mitchell gave me a great price with a military discount and explained that a case worker would be assigned in a few weeks. Mr. Mitchell is professional and great to work with. Ms. Melissa Guzman contacted me within two weeks, and after a short conversation explaining the process, she told me that she would be assigning my case to the person that will be working on my taxes. Ms. Guzman was also very professional and set everything in motion – she introduced me to Ms. Jeanne Nelson. Ms. Jeanne Nelson contacted me and let me know she had received all my documentation and if she needed anything else she would let me know. Some time went by, and I contacted Ms. Nelson and she investigated the status and got back to me. IRS threw a curve and Tax Network went to work on it. Now time was getting short, and I was getting in a panic to file on time. Ms. Nelson assured me that they were in contact with the IRS and working on the issues and would automatically file an extension if needed. It was during this time that I found out how intelligent and well-versed Ms. Nelson was in the tax industry, having 16 years of experience. She started finding mistakes that my tax preparer made before I came to Tax Network. Ms. Nelson has a wonderful soul and was very fun to work with. She spoke with Mr. Gavin George (Manager of Compliance), and they worked nonstop until the taxes were filed. This team at Tax Network is the G.O.A.T. – and on top of all the issues, I got a refund – and my wife and I are happy people. The only “CON” I have with the process, is the access to the team, and that would not be too bad if it were not for one of the nasty people that answers the phone. Mr. Robert Brooks is nasty, unprofessional, combative with a horrible attitude. During a moment where I was trying to return a call from Ms. Nelson, he would not put me through, stating that I need an appointment to speak with her – I tried to explain that I am retuning her call, we got into it. He is the sole reason for a 4 star out of 5. As an ex-project manager, he caused an undo external risk, that made me question if I would return. Tax Network is so good, I will go around this negative and simply set weekly meeting with my case worker the next time. God Bless Tax Network – great company! Ken

I was totally happy with result that I got with using TNUSA. I got the outcome that I wanted/needed and would use them again in the future if needed.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Tax Network. They helped me resolve my Tax issues.

The only issue I have had was their not making it clear that they use Pacific time when they make phone appointments. I was not very happy about it. Besides that, everything seems to be very good!

Although the number of personnel involved in coordinating the various stages of the admin phase of the tax preparation process is somewhat confusing, each of the Tax Network USA representatives with whom I’ve engaged to this point has been polite, knowledgeable of the company’s processes, and very professional.
