Be very careful with this company. Before they did anything for me I canceled wanting to get my money back. I disputed the charge but they made up documents and claimed they completed my taxes. They did nothing and stole my money. I have contacted my lawyer and would rather give my lawyer the money than give it to these THIEVES. BEWARE, BEWARE. BEWARE Now they forged my signature on documents so my credit card company posted a chargeback. Now I will have to pay this criminal company and then try another way of getting my money back. Please stay clean of this criminal company.

Tax Network USA was a major disappointment. I like to listen to people I trust and hearing the advertisements on Rumble with Salty Cracker and Steve Bannon and such. I learned the very hard way that it is just an advertising gimmick. The combined ineptitude and lack of follow through and communication is almost beyond parody. The times that I attempted to reach out and communicate with my "case manager" via email went unanswered and phone calls were routed to never-ending computerized phone trees. Extremely difficult/impossible to connect with a human being, let alone my “case manager”. My emails even went totally unanswered. I provided all of my required paperwork within time frames dictated to me and completed every requirement asked of me to get my taxes filed on time. TNUSA stated that they had filed for an extension however the IRS disagreed and fined me. TNUSA ignored all my phone calls and emails requesting resolution to this issue and the IRS took me to collections. Adding to the frustration, the IRS would not discuss the problem with me due to the power-of-attorney on file with TNUSA. With no human to interface at TNUSA and no means to communicate the problem with the IRS, this led to a very frustrating outcome that has carried on for over a year. What an absolute headache. I would steer clear of the amateurs at this company and I would have been better off with Turbo Tax. I do NOT recommend. ****i am a little confused why it took so long to get some ATTENTION. The "process" of getting resolved should take about 30 mins but we are going on for about a year. your confusion is not suprising though.

This a scam company, after we paid about $2800 upfront, and provided all the suporting documents, they waited until the due date at 2 pm to send an email asking us to verify, to our surprise that filing has nothing to do with documents provided. I called at least 10 times and they promised they will call back, that never happened. If This great Nation is going down, it's because of cancers like this, people with no value no integrity and sense of urgency, they have no idea that 2800 is a lot of money for a lot of people. My advice is to report this scam company, or get the a group of families who got scammed and file a collective law suit.

This is a scam company. They give you one price, charge you more, make you pay upfront and not capable of even receiving a phone call directly from you. They are a complete and total scam based on my experience and previous lawsuits support this and their advertising claims. Reputable people should be ashamed to ever advertise for this ridiculous criminal outfit. They now have an AI answering service for months that directs you to a Democrat Survey Site but never even gets you to anything related to Tax Network USA. Save your money and Stay far away!!!

This company is a total scam. Back in around March I contacted them as I have not filed my taxes for the year before (for the first time ever) and I needed some help. Then guy (cant use his first name or they report it) was very responsive - almost too much so. I had to tell him to give me a few weeks (he literally followed up to the day). We talk and things seem good so I move forward. Sign a contract and pay a $600 deposit. I get handed off to someone else who calls me a few days later and is literally asking me the exact same information that I spent over an hour telling the guy - and then has my services wrong. So I’m like wait - I just signed a contract for about 4k - you need to get this right. I contact the first person and he “fixes it”. I have the call with the lady again - and then she sends me some documents to fill out - a few of them were very confusing to me so I ask them multiple times for help to only get ignored. Finally I get angry enough (as months have gone by at this point) and say I’m going to cancel my service. I cancelled my card. They call me instantly and “apologize” and ask for another chance and that they will follow up with me. Now at this point I’m $900 in. So I’m like fine - give me someone else. I’m assured I’ll hear from them the next day. Guess what - I don’t. I have to chase them down. Needless to say they have run me around I’ve talked to multiplied people to no avail and they are saying I should be happy that they aren’t charging met the 1500 cancellation fee. Meanwhile they did not ONE thing. Nothing at all. They prey upon people - they scam and shame on them. ** responding to their comments ** There was no reviewal and they never answered the questions I had about some of the paperwork to help clarify and to move forward. They actually did nothing but take my money and waste my time and I have ample documentation to prove it which is why I’m going through the proper channels to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bannon would have (or should have) a hissy fit if he knew this company was screwing his patrons. The lawyer never consults w/you, these secretaries do. They cant advise you anything after you paid for a consult. Total waste of money.

This company is a bottom-feeder that preys upon those that are already desperate and in need of help. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I signed a contract and paid upfront for tax, penalty and interest abatement (my mistake). During the intake call they were very pleasant and seemed eager to help. You have to pay them upfront without knowing if they can actually help or not. But they will verbally tell you that they can help and the savings they will get for you is far more than what you pay. If only that were true!! First interaction with the first case manager on September 15th 2025, seemed to go well. The case manager asked for the narrative as to why I needed their services and asked for documentation to be scanned and emailed. I immediately scanned and emailed all the requested documentation along with their financial questionnaire and electronically signing a POA to allow them to work with the IRS on my behalf. This company has an AI front end so you cannot speak directly to a human being when you call them past the initial intake. The only way to contact them is by scheduling an appointment on their online booking service or via email. You book an appointment online and they are supposed to call you at the booked appointment. In my experience, they only actually call about 25% of the time. I scheduled several appointments that I never received a call for. Even the case managers that supposedly have a direct line do you get 2 rings, a fast busy and immediate hang up. Therefore, most of my correspondence with them has been via email. Most email responses are generic auto-generated responses. After about 4 and a half months without any kind of update from my case manager I finally got a call from one of several appointments I scheduled on their website. My first request for a refund was made verbally to the initial case manager on February 3rd, 2026 when she couldn't give me an update or even acknowledge that anything was being done. I was then contacted by a “retention specialist” by phone who apologized and assigned a new case manager who would be a better fit for me. Two months later and still no update. I emailed both requesting an update. They apologized again and assigned a third case manager. This new case manager requested that I resend all the documentation that had previously been sent. I was also advised that the previous POA had expired and that I needed to sign a current POA. I reluctantly did so. My first question, how were they working my case with the IRS if they didn’t have a current POA? Second question, was anyone going to let me know the original POA had expired if I hadn’t asked for a refund? Two months later and still no update. I reread the Service Agreement and noted that any refund request must be made in writing. I therefore made the first refund request in writing on April 7th (via email). Since then, they have ignored my correspondence completely, with the exception of the occasional generic auto-generated responses. I have, as of today, not received any part of the service that I paid for nor has this company given me any update on anything that may have been done. And, of course, no refund. Completely ghosted!! Immediately following the intake I received an email asking for a five star review of their service. Of course I did not because at that point I had not received anything. Almost a year later and still have not received said service. I wonder how many of the five star ratings they have are from people that did respond to that email before receiving anything? I believe this is the companies business model. Make promise, give hope, take money then just run out the clock.

12/25 we were told we had an excellent case to reduce back taxes. Paid $5,000 and waited 1.5 years. We got NOTHING! IRS said we didn't have a good enough reason. We didn't even get a reduction in penalties like TAX USA said we'd at least get. NOTHING!! Totally ripped off $5,000!!!! BEWARE
